Agreeing to These Terms

By creating an account or using AmarPic in any way, you agree to these terms. If we revise them later and you keep using the app, that continued use counts as accepting the changes. Please read them fully before you carry on.

What AmarPic Provides

AmarPic is an AI-powered creative studio for photos and images — generating and restyling pictures through templates, style presets, and personalization, all running on a credits system. We may add, adjust, or retire features as the product grows, and we can't promise any single feature will stay around forever.

Your Account & Responsibilities

When you sign up, give accurate and current details. From there, you're responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials private and secure.
• Everything that happens under your account.
• Telling us quickly if you notice unauthorized access.
• Not impersonating others or using a false identity.

Acceptable Use

To keep AmarPic safe for everyone, don't use it to:

• Create unlawful, hateful, or harassing material.
• Produce violent or sexually explicit content.
• Commit fraud or deceive other people.
• Probe, reverse-engineer, or tamper with our systems.
• Impersonate anyone or disrupt the network.

Content & Ownership

You keep ownership of the images you upload, and — subject to these terms and applicable law — the results you generate are yours to use, personally or commercially. To make the service work, we need a limited license to process your content. Meanwhile, everything that makes up AmarPic itself — the name, design, models, and code — remains our intellectual property.

About AI-Generated Results

AI output is probabilistic by nature, so a few things are worth keeping in mind:

• Results vary, and aren't guaranteed to be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
• You're responsible for the prompts and images you feed the app.
• Output can differ from one model version to the next.
• Apply your own judgment before relying on results for professional, legal, medical, or similar decisions.

Credits & Purchases

AmarPic's features run on credits. A few things govern how they work:

• Buy credits only through official in-app channels.
• Credits are tied to your account and can't be transferred.
• They're non-refundable, except where our purchase policy or the law says otherwise.
• Prices and pack contents can change with reasonable notice.

Service Provided "As Is"

AmarPic is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific decision you make with it. You use the service at your own risk.

Limits of Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AmarPic isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, business interruption, or lost data. Where we are found liable, our total responsibility is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Suspension & Termination

You can delete your account whenever you like from settings. On our side, we may suspend or end access — sometimes without notice — for breaking these terms, fraudulent behavior, long inactivity, or legal reasons. After termination, your generated content may become inaccessible, and any obligations meant to outlast the account continue to apply.

Governing Terms & Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law, setting aside its conflict-of-law rules. We'll always try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion first; anything left unresolved proceeds to the appropriate courts. And if any single clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay fully in force.
