Information We Gather

We keep collection lean and purposeful — only what AmarPic genuinely needs to style your images and keep your account running.

• Account details. The name, email, and sign-in credentials you create when you register.
• How you use the app. Which templates you open, the styles you generate, and general in-app activity.
• Device signals. Your device model, operating system, app version, IP address, and language.
• Purchase records. A history of credit purchases and how they're spent. Card numbers stay with our payment providers — we never see or store them.

How Your Data Powers AmarPic

Every piece of data we hold maps to something you'd expect the app to do:

• Run, maintain, and refine the core generation features.
• Tailor template suggestions and remember your preferences.
• Complete purchases, apply credits, and answer your requests.
• Send updates you've opted into — new styles, security notices, the occasional offer.
• Study aggregated, de-identified trends to make the app better.
• Meet our legal duties and guard against fraud and abuse.

Keeping Your Data Safe

Protecting what you entrust to us is ongoing work, not a checkbox:

• Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit with TLS.
• Stored data is encrypted at rest using strong, industry-standard ciphers.
• Internal access follows least-privilege rules — people see only what their job requires.
• We run regular reviews, testing, and vulnerability checks.

When We Share, and With Whom

We never sell your personal information — full stop. Sharing happens only in these limited cases:

• Trusted providers. Hosting and payment partners, bound by confidentiality, who help us run AmarPic.
• Legal requests. When a valid court order or regulation requires it.
• Safety & fraud prevention. To protect users and the integrity of the service.
• Business changes. In a merger or acquisition — and we'll let you know beforehand.

Cookies & On-Device Storage

On the web we rely on a small set of cookies and similar local storage:

• Essential. Make the app work; these can't be switched off.
• Preference. Remember your language and theme.
• Analytics. Show us which features actually get used.

You're in Control

At any time, you can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's inaccurate.
• Delete your data.
• Pause certain kinds of processing.
• Hand you a portable copy to take elsewhere.
• Withdraw consent you gave us earlier.

Age Requirements

AmarPic is built for people aged 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's verifiable consent. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to This Policy

As AmarPic evolves, this policy may change with it. When that happens we'll flag it through an in-app notice, an email, or a prompt at sign-in. Continuing to use AmarPic after an update means you accept the new version — and if you'd rather not, you can close your account before it takes effect.
